want to ensure your complete satisfaction. We understand that by
procuring our services, you have entrusted us to preserve some of your most
valuable memories.
If you are unhappy in any way
with the photographs from your session, we will make additional images at no
further cost to you. Furthermore, if after purchasing your photographs you feel
for any reason that they fail to live up to our promises (or even if they do
and you just change your mind), we will make every attempt to correct the
problem, at no additional cost to you. If,
after these efforts you are still not satisfied, simply bring the photographs
back to us within one year, and we will refund your entire purchase price.
Our unique View and Choose system
will display your portraits in specific sizes before you order, but in the
unlikely event that you do select a wall portrait that is too small or too
large for your particular location, we will replace it and simply subtract or
add the cost difference (provided you return the original to us within one year).
A photograph is one of the few
personal possessions that increases in value as it
grows older. For this reason, we offer a Lifetime Guarantee against any
product or workmanship defects on all of our finished portraits. We will
replace, free of charge, any print that fails to last the lifetime of the
original purchaser, provided it has been cared for properly.
[As with any fine photograph or artwork, proper
care requires that you avoid storing your photographs where they might be
subjected to excessive temperature, humidity, direct sun, or fluorescent
light. Also, never place the image side of any photograph in direct
contact with glass or any other surface (use a framing mat if you desire glass
over the photograph).]
